- 1/ 2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 each, yellow, red, and green pepper; washed
and cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch strips
- 1 Good Seasoning Italian Dressing Mix,
prepared as directed on package. Or, use a
bottle of your favorite prepared italian
- A dash of black pepper and salt to taste.
Marinate pepper strips for 4 hours or overnight
in a covered dish in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Remove the pepper strips from the marinate and place in a large bowl. Toss and evenly coat with the grated parmesan cheese.
Place coated pepper strips in a single layer on a lightly greased 11” x 17” cookie sheet or on one lightly sprayed with a vegetable oil, and roast pepper strips for 20 minutes, or until tender.
Serve as is, or with your favorite dip, or ranch dressing.
